EE Global Website

For the launch of the UK’s largest mobile network operator EE, we were asked to take their traditional branding and establish how this would be represented digitally for their global cross-platform website.

Challenge

We needed to develop a digital presence in alignment with EE’s new branding. As this branding was still in a stage of development, it was important for us to use a layout that could adapt to changes with short notice. It was also important to take into consideration digitally specific aspects of the design, such as W3C compliance.


UI Design

As part of the core design team, I helped with crafting the online experience, contributing to the definition of the brand. The layout would consist of reusable, stackable modules to streamline the design process and facilitate visualising how these would appear on different platforms.

Digital Styleguide Creation

As Digital Brand Guardian, I overviewed and maintained production of the styleguide for this project in parallel to the print styleguide.

I also ensured the output of the creative team was aligned with the developing branding rules to maintain a cohesive look and feel throughout.
