Challenge

Disney presented us with the challenge of designing the look and feel of their Japanese premium site. It needed to convey the magic of Disney, along with providing a meaningful and fun way to connect the user with all the exciting worlds they have to offer. It also needed to visually stand apart from their standard site.

UI Design

My role within the creative team was to contribute to the design of the main interface for this across the website.

I used dynamic and irregular shapes for the modules within a grid structure to maintain usability and form. I also included key Disney design brand elements and added a joyful and exciting style to bring a sense of wonder.

In addition to this, I created several different themes for this interface to enable the user to personalise their Disney experience.
